We are looking for an experienced and adaptable General Manager to lead a unique hospitality business in the heart of Glastonbury.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident GM who can flex between hotel operations, fresh food, and high street hospitality, all within a Grade I listed building full of character.
Requirements
- Proven General Manager experience in hospitality
- Comfortable managing a mixed operation (hotel, food & drink)
- Strong leadership and commercial awareness
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Appreciates the charm — and challenges — of a historic venue
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the business, leading from the front and ensuring exceptional standards across:
- Hotel and accommodation operations
- Fresh food and drink offer
- Team leadership, training, and development
- Guest experience for both tourists and loyal local customers
- Managing a historic, listed building with care and attention

- Salary up to £45,000 (with flexibility for the right candidate)
