As a Store Team Member at Home Bargains, you will be at the heart of our operations, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments. Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. You will be trained across multiple areas of the business, handling tills, managing cash transactions, restocking shelves, and adapting to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.

Responsibilities
- Be the face of Home Bargains, providing enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Support your team to maintain high standards across the store by watering plants, baking fresh goods, stocking shelves, or keeping displays and workspaces clean
- Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and swiftly getting stock out on the shelves
Benefits
- Salary: £12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+)
- Working Hours: Up to 16 hours per week, available contracted hours 4 x 16 hours per week. Applicants must be available to work between 8am-6pm.
- Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.
