• Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods.
• Training and accrediting new Baristas.
• Stirring up success for yourself and your team.

• Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores.

• Starting pay: £12.93 – £13.93 per hour, rising with training to £13.43-£14.43 (dependent on store location).
