Based within Sport Development Department, you will oversee the effective operation of our sport events and ensure the team provides an efficient and effective experience for all participants within the RUN NL Events portfolio. Reporting to the Sports Development and Participation Officer, you will provide weekly reports whilst adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educated to SVQ4, HND, General Degree or equivalent within a sports related subject.
- Extensive experience in delivering sports development and delivering events.
- Good knowledge of managing and developing a range of programmes.
- Experience of supervising staff.
- Background of partnership working.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Must obtain Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) membership through Disclosure Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the effective operation of sport events.
- Ensure the team provides an efficient and effective experience for all participants within the RUN NL Events portfolio.
- Provide weekly reports.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
