We are looking for a dynamic supervisor to help lead an awesome team of rogues and renegades at our iconic sports and party bar.

The right candidate will have experience leading a team in a similarly busy, wet-lead venue. This is a lead from the front position and we expect you to be able to get in the trenches and inspire the team. You will be required to have or obtain a personal license and be comfortable handling incidents as they crop up. Any experience with business sheets, ordering and stock-taking is a definite plus.

Requirements

• Passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time
• Ability to build rapport with our customers and our team
• Passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers
• Responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively
• Committed to their career in hospitality
• Experience leading a team in a busy, wet-lead venue
• Personal license (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with business sheets, ordering, and stock-taking is a plus
